Meet Alechia
Green

Born and raised in the heart of Hayesville, North Carolina, Alechia Green has spent over two decades transforming houses into homes that tell a story. As CEO and Founder of Oak & Ember, she brings an unmatched blend of craftsmanship, creativity, and personal warmth to every single project.

Alechia specializes in flooring — hardwood, LVP, tile, and everything in between — but her vision extends far beyond the floor. She specializes in flooring design, tile design, shower design and interior design — bringing vision, precision, and warmth to every space she touches.

She serves clients across North Georgia and North Carolina, and brings the same dedication to a mountain cabin in the Blue Ridge as she does to a grand estate in the suburbs.
